Office does not have a hygienist. Doctor does cleaning and is rather quick and NOT thorough. Also, she attempts to upsell other suggested procedures to each patients. While I was there I heard her tell two patients, along with myself, that we all grind our teeth and need botox at $1000. This just creates a large mistrust among patient and provider constantly recommending unnecessary treatments.

At first I was happy with the service. But then I noticed that I would have to keep coming back for fillings and two root canals which I was feeling a little uncomfortable with. I decided to get a second opinion and there I found out that both root canals that I had done with Dr. Rai needed to be done again because they were not done properly. I have to pay out of pockets since the insurance wont pay for the service again. Some of my teeth didn't need need filings but still had filings done. I decided to say something because I had a couple of friends who I referred there and had a really bad experience as well including having to call an ambulance to take her to ER since they tried to remove her wisdom teeth without taking xrays not knowing she had an infection. Due to that she had to be in medical leave for over 3 months back and forward with a surgeon dentist. She lost her job, she had to move out of state also because she couldn't afford the rent. People please read reviews don't go just because you see a few people with 5 stars is not worth it.

The doctor went out of her way not to treat me. She said she needed medical clearance from oncologist. Than she priced treatment so high that I could not afford. There was no payment plan either. On the phone one story in office another. No humane treatment for me. heart wrenching situation and still no help for much needed root canal. Evelyn Olavarria Heartless

Told me I have dry socket a day after my upper wisdom tooth removal. Had to visit her because it was a Saturday and my primary dentist was closed. Cost me $200 for 2 medications which I didnt require as I didnt have dry socket.

Dr. Rai is one of the most innovative Dentist of all time. Her ability to meet all of her patients needs with her warm personality and professionalism and her dentistry skills are beyond impeccable. I'm a very satisfied patient. Thank You Dr.Rai

Worst, don't go there very unprofessional looking for money aside the insurance ,and you know what I when for a filling and she said I need an implant $5700. The filling crack I'm looking for a replacement not for a new teeth

The wrost dental office I have ever been to. Extremely unorganized. If your appointment is at 8:00am, they expect you to wait for 11/2 hrs., unless you're Hispanic.
