Gramercy Smiles has been my dentist office since I moved to New York in 2017 and at this point it truly feels like a second home. I went through quite a journey with my teeth over the years and this team has been with me through all of it — reliable, warm, and absolutely exceptional every single time. I could write a novel about Shirley. She is truly one of a kind. Whether she is helping you feel confident about a big decision, navigating insurance, or simply making sure you fully understand your benefits and options, she approaches every patient with so much genuine care - so much so that I have referred so many people to this place year after year. She is the kind of person who remembers you, looks out for you, and makes what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Honestly, she is the main reason I keep coming back. The entire team at Gramercy Smiles is fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a dentist office that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Gramercy Smiles is quality care at its finest. The whole experience from the front desk to the dentist’s chair and back again is wonderful. I’ve been in several times for exams, cleanings, fillings and a crown. Truly feel like a king there! 👑 This is my first holistic dentist experience and I don’t ever want to go back to conventional dentistry. This office combines the expertise and precision of mainstream techniques with quality ingredients and a holistic view of each issue. For example, when I present to my doctor, Dr. Shchipkova, she takes time to think and comes up with creative solutions as well as several options for me. My bite is scrutinized, my TMJ tension is factored in, and possible causes and solutions are discussed - not just drill, baby, drill! Even the care kit you get at the end of a cleaning is healthy - sensodyne toothpaste, health-conscious mouthwash and a bamboo toothbrush. This is truly an elevated experience and I’m so grateful that my insurance covers part of the cost! And may I just add - the office is so modern and clean, and the front desk staff is extremely pleasant, even when they’re visibly busy. Shout out to Shirley for being a stellar human being!!

The team here is exceptional. I have a dental phobia and worked with Dr. Alexandra Shchipkova for two fillings and with Candace for my cleaning. I have been putting off this dental work for over a year due to fear. They did any amazing job at explaining everything and calming me. They were able to do the job without laughing gas but they had it available if I would have needed it. Highly recommend these compassionate and thorough practitioners.

I had an amazing experience at Gramercy smiles😁 From the moment I walked in, I noticed how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The colorful decorations and artwork made the space feel welcoming and cheerful, which really helped me feel relaxed. Dr. Mats was especially kind and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, and were very gentle and attentive. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and comfortable dental experience! I’ll definitely be going back

I've been going to Gramercy Smiles for seven or eight years now and don't plan on switching practices any time soon. Their staff and dentists are very caring and attentive, I always feel like I'm in good hands and look forward to my appointments. I don't feel rushed through my appointments and everyone takes the time to answer all of my questions. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this office!

Could not recommend highly enough! All staff (front desk, to hygienists, techs, and Dr's) are compassionate, patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They take the time to discuss any issues identified, review dental hygiene patterns and measures that can be taken to improve overall health, and consistently check to ensure patient comfort! 12/10

Absolutely the best dental office I’ve ever attended. From my nervous inquiry about their services and if my insurance covered it or not, Shirley made sure to help answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable about the work that I needed done. When I arrived, not only is it clean and smells AMAZING but everyone was very welcoming, kind, and very knowledgeable. I usually don’t like going to the dentist because they tend to make one feel bad about dental routines but every single person I spoke to made me laugh and all my nervousness went away! Although I was shocked with the amount of work I needed, I was so grateful to have stepped into this dental office. Will need to go back but now I’m actually very comfortable going to the dentist if it’s Gramercy smiles team!
