Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind, compassionate and informative! They made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to start my treatment with them 🙂

Very disappointed in customer service. I was gonna become a patient and called customer service to ask if the price between locations within Nyc would be different to understand if I wanna go to a location in Manhattan or in Brooklyn and the customer service associate kept telling me that the only way I can get an answer to that is by making an appointment and a consultation. In 2025 there should be transparency In pricing. Especially if I’m not asking about the price but just asking if there is a difference in price between locations. Thank you I will be choosing a different clinic.

Such a good experience at diamond braces. The doctor was so funny and I had such a smooth experience! I had Betzabeth and she made sure that my brackets were fixed. I will definitely be asking for her next time!

I received a referral from Kayanne and she helped me get a quick appointment and told me needs to knows. This location was clean, fast and had great service. As I walked in I was greeted promptly and I did not wait to be seen. I was able to get all my scans and pictures done very quickly. I sat with Shadae and she explained everything step by step and went over the financial part. Shadae was very thorough and kind enough to answer all questions. Dr. Schwalb came in right after and further explained the process, he looked at my scans and gave a detailed timeline. He was super nice, and friendly to my daughter and seemed like an expert in his field. I was able to fill out all paper work and my prescription was sent for be to obtain my first set of liners. Overall the process was very seamless and they didn’t pack on a whole bunch of non explainable fees. Can’t wait to start my Invisalign process!

Just had my consultation and Shadae was amazing! She was patient to walk me through all my options. Highly recommend them! 11/4 - just came to get my braces on and the doctor and Alexandra were beyond amazing. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Can’t thank them enough.

Daughter has the lifetime retainer plan and here is how this location handled our first set of retainers. 1st visit) "Cant help you, you didnt bring the mold" mind you, no one asked us to either. 2nd visit) "ok we can do it but do you use the retainer every day or we should make a new mold" they made the retainer but did a shoddy job and it needs to be trimmed more. 3rd visit) Forget it going to East village. Getting the distinct vibe the staff at this location dont want to work.
