Great experience overall. The office was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Scheduling was easy, wait time was minimal, and I felt well cared for. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.

Nina is the best dentist in town! Our whole family go there for regular checkup and cleaning. Doctor Chang is very attentive and friendly my daughter loves her!

The best bedside manner I've ever seen. It's nice to see a dentist who is genuinely concerned with your dental health and take sthe time to explain everything! That staff are also immensely helpful and efficient.

I don't usually enjoy writing reviews, but I have to say, Dr. Nina is hands down the best in the business. Many of my teeth typically become candidates for root canals, but Dr. Nina, with her incredible skill, managed to save all of them — even the hardest one that was less than 0.5mm from the nerve. I can't thank her enough. It's clear that she prioritizes saving her patients' teeth over making money from root canals. Additionally, the front desk staff, hygienists, and assistants are all incredibly kind and helpful. I don't think I can go anywhere else. A big thanks from Swain & Milky!

After trying several dentists over my four years in NYC and never being impressed, I finally had the best experience with Dr. Chang! The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chang truly takes her time with each appointment, never rushed, always caring, and so gentle. I also love the amazing technology they use to show and educate patients about how to better care for our teeth. Couldn’t recommend this office more!
