Best dentist office ever. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Building is clean and comfortable. Has great equipment to make experience more tolerable. Top notch facility from top to bottom. Highly recommend this place. I don't hate the dentist anymore.

The hygienist and the doctors are respectable and do exceptional work, so if you can see past the atrocious front desk etiquette, then you will have a great experience. Unfortunately, I got tired of receiving bills and not getting any explanation as to why I was being charged after several emails and calls. My recommendation is to go in and speak to one of the people behind the front desk and pray you get them on a good day, because they do not respond to their billing email address or return your calls.

Mid City Smiles is a great place to go to for all your dental needs. Customer service representative are very courteous, helpful and exceeds excellent. I enjoy going there for my dental needs. They really take their time with you and are very patient.

First time in my life at the age of 38 years old, I had my teeth cleaned and felt zero pain. Not only did they respect my request for what I wanted and didn’t want, but they ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend my family start coming here for their dental care, especially my son.

I really don’t like going to the dentist in general. From the phone call of scheduling me as a new patient to arrive by my experience was so great! The staff is very efficient and kind. Dr. Kay (I think that was her name) was absolutely wonderful and my experience was 10/10. I had to go for a chipped tooth, the price out of pocket was not bad and it took maybe 25 min to complete. I will recommend mid city smiles to everyone!

My visit was amazing. I’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed. My procedure was done in one day and I didn’t feel any discomfort. Janice will always be my go to for cleanings. The staff is professional and observant. I could go on and on but you’ll have to experience this for yourself. I’m never missing an appointment and I will tell everyone I know about this great place…..

Dr. Kayla Macri Mid- City Smiles Dentist is a very excellent dentist, beautiful personality and very knowledgeable and the staff that assists her are also very polite and helpful. As soon as you walk into the place, they greet you and the place is very neat and clean. They were very professional, and I feel very comfortable when I got there and when I left, I have been very pleased.
