A truly exceptional experience. The entire Gottsegen staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout. They projected my son’s images and explained in detail what needed to be corrected, which made the entire process feel so much more understandable and reassuring. Being able to clearly see and walk through the plan took away so much of the uncertainty. Every question was answered with care, and we never felt rushed. The treatment plan and payment options were explained with clarity and transparency. Dr Gottsegen has the technical expertise along with the aesthetic eye. He also understands a teenagers perspective and confidence. My son was anxious about braces but now he cannot wait to get them on! He is ready for a better smile! We’re so grateful for such a positive experience! A+++++

My experience with Gottsegen Orthodontics has been absolutely awesome! My smile looks amazing and the crowding issues that forced me to consider braces are gone! But that is not even half of the reason for my 5-Star rating. My 5-Star is mostly due to the amazing people and service every patient receives at this practice. The entire staff is warm, professional, and empathetic. They treat patients like their own family and Dr. Gottsegen... don't get me started! This guy is the coolest health provider I've ever met! I love reading his newsletters. They are personable and funny! He really LOVES his job and it SHOWS! He's good at it and he cares that his patients are well and satisfied. Three years a patient and I have not one critique, and that's saying a lot because I am a service snob. Last thing I'll say, and this is the truth. When my braces came off, I was happy... freedom, relief all of that. But I actually started missing my monthly visits. I missed how great the vibe and people are at Dr. Gottsegen's uptown practice. If you're searching for an Orthodontist... stop here... You just found the best one in New Orleans.

Took my 11-year-old for an orthodontist consultation. From the front office to Stacy (treatment coordinator) to Dr. Brad, himself, clear communication and compassionate care were front and center. My son understood what was going on with his teeth, his jaw growth, etc, in a way he hadn’t before. Great coupling of images and explanations to help us along with our understanding. Stellar.

As always, my visit was fast and efficient. I was greeted by lovely, smiling faces at the front desk before a very short wait time in the waiting room. My technician was wonderful and thorough. She put me at ease. I have always had a wonderful experience at Gottsegen Orthodontics.

I'm still at the beginning of my treatment. But I've done two consults and finally got my braces on 2 days ago! (It took me a little bit to decide) But Dr. Gottsegen really gives the push you need and reassures you that he is gonna take care of you! I've never had a doctor who cared so much to talk to me before getting the braces on to tell me I was doing the right thing! The front office staff was also so kind & Stacey is wonderful and answered all my questions! I really look forward to seeing them for the next year and a half, and I'm glad I went with this orthodontist office! I appreciate all of the staff for being so kind and excited to see my bite change.

From the time I arrived I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff… From the check-in process, the explanations, the x-rays and photos and my consultation with Dr. Gottsegen and his assistant. I felt cared for and felt that I was well taken care of. The office was immaculate and the best part is I saw at least three or four friends in the waiting room! All of us geriatrics!
