I can’t say enough good things about this practice. For twenty plus years I trusted Dr. Fox for all my dental needs. One Friday night on the way home from work I fell and broke some front teeth. Dr. Fox opened her office and took care of me by herself. That is the kind of person she is. Now I see Dr. Crusey. He is professional, explains options and probable outcomes, is sensitive to patients’ financial situations, and takes time to answer questions and address concerns. He also has a good sense of humor and engages with patients so as to make them feel comfortable as he works. Dental hygienists and office staff are efficient and friendly. One of the office staff walked me to my car as I was feeling a little unsteady after a procedure today! Dr. Crusey’s assistant, Vica, is exceptional! She has an A-1 personality. Always a smile when she greets a patient in the waiting room, engages in friendly conversation to put a patient at ease, and demonstrates efficiency in new skills she learns as she keeps up with innovations in the dental field.

I have been very pleased at this office. Every time I’ve visited, each staff member has been caring, personable, and professional. Procedures and recommendations have been fully explained, and I am 100% confident in the care I’m receiving.

I needed an appointment for a dental emergency. I was given first rate service throughout the entire process. Excellent care , full explanation of insurance coverage , and a thorough exam and complete disclosure of the treatment (s) I need to proceed with my dental health. Dr. Crusey , Vica and Andrea were patient , kind and sensitive to my needs.

I recently got my new dentures and they fit perfectly! I would highly recommend New Berlin Gentle Dentistry. Excellent service!
