Dr. Bates is an amazing Orthontist! Staff is very friendly and supportive. They are understanding and step up to support community when needed. Highly recommend ! Not only do they help you with your braces but they create space and time to get to know you and support you. Dr Bates is a very honest person. I was told by another orthodontist that I'd have to remove teeth but he said it wasnt necessary. he also continuously asked me if im happy with my teeth progress and his staff are all very kind and polite:) I feel like my teeth are so perfect now that they almost appear fake. its actually unreal!!
