The staff is super friendly, the Male Dentist is rude, I went for my first visit in years and left feeling super uncomfortable. You know how dentist offer you payment options for services you want nope he didn’t do that. Yes I have full coverage insurance dental included and no not state. Thou id take it lmao it’s free, lol My side teeth are missing and I hate it. He stated $18,000, and kept it moving, not we have payment options. Guess what I went elsewhere was able to tell them what I wanted done, dropped $6500 downpayment towards a payment plan for $11,000. Insurance paying the rest. Never judge a book by its cover. Hampton Dental assumed I couldn’t pay smh. If you would like to be heard, Given options and not rushed thrg your appt do not go here.

I only missed my appointments becuase you didn't have anything available after 9am when I made myself clear I couldn't make it due to taking my daughter to school around that time, my daughter education comes first.

Everyone was very kind and professional. You're greeted with a warm smile as soon as you walk in. I really felt like they care about me as a patient. The hygienist and dentist took their time with me. They explained everything thoroughly. I didn't feel rushed, like I was at a fast food restaurant. ( In and out ) I highly recommend Hampton Dental Associates to everyone. Although it's a dentist office, they make you feel welcomed and at home. Excellent care and service.

Very unprofessional and rude including the doctor, I will not recommend this dental location to anyone, they need to learn how to talk to people and not like animals.

If you're looking for a dentist, THIS is the place to go! I've been going here for many years, and from the moment I walk in and am greeted with Jackie's kindness at the front desk, I feel at ease. Dr. Rick is incredibly talented, honest & upfront and one of the most warm hearted people I've ever met. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences and excellent dental work here. The hygienist Rhya is amazing!! She does my cleanings and whitening and is the absolute best. Super friendly and incredibly good at what she does. Dr. Rick's assistant, Julie, is so wonderful! She's fun and sweet, and she and Dr. Rick work so well together that you feel completely comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!

Love coming here! Such a friendly and experienced staff. Dr. Winter and staff are by best and I look forward to coming each time. All the staff go out of their way to take care of me and make sure that there are no surprises when it comes to caring for my teeth, especially billing. Grateful that this office was recommended to me. Thanks Hampton Dental!

*edit after response from provider*: my issue has nothing to do with the appointment. I’m fully aware of what was done, what I consented to, and issues with insurance. I never expect insurance to cover anything, and the bill itself is not my issue. I’m happy to pay for services provided. My issue is there was ZERO communication from the office regarding the bill. No attempt to send me a bill, no attempt to email, or call, to collect on the bill. Instead it was just sent to collections. Sounds like an oversight on the office, but instead I pay the price of the bill going to collections. The visit itself was fine. I went for a consultation and they ended up doing a couple other things. The assistants were great! My frustration comes from billing. I asked while I was there, what the charge was and they told me they would bill insurance and then send me a bill. Only they never did. Then they sent me to collections instead. So, if you do go see them, I would advise you follow up with them to see if you have a balance. That was my mistake to not follow up. Frustrating, as I’ve never had a bill go to collections before. They also had my phone number so it’s not like I wasn’t able to be reached. Disappointed.
