Familia Dental

Hi, just letting you know, something came up with my kid last minute and I can't make it to my appointment this morning. It was really easy to book the appointment online, but I guess you'll have to check the reviews to find out that I cancelled today, since nobody is picking up the phone. I did send a text after nobody picked up, but the text says I have to call. Please let your boss know I'll just floss my own teeth today. Thanks.

Best dental experience I have ever had throughout my life! The receptionist is very professional, greet me upon arrival, it’s very clean, the dentist and dentist assistant are gentle and polite! They actually have taken that fear of dental work out of me finally!

It was my first time there and got waited on on time. They were so patient with me, even the dentist was patient with me. Explained step by step. The best dentist I ever been too. And I am not going anywhere else. They treated me very kindly.

I just had the nicest visit... I hate the location, But Starting from the reception desk down to the dental hygienist were so nice. The dentist who saw me was very attentive asked me several questions and let me ask questions... She answered all my questions thoroughly and with detail and concern for my condition...

Made an appointment for my son, I was greeted and checked in right away. The receptionist went through her questions but was very nice, We went back and met with the Dentist and her assistant, they walked us through the whole process and made sure my son was very knowledgeable and comfortable before moving forward. I was paying cash, they made sure to let me know how much everything was going to be moving forward. This place is great, I'll definitely be back!

I call multiple times and to reschedule an appointment and I be on hold for a long time I tried pressing one so I can get a call back never got a call back. Never can get a hold of anybody over the phone. When I made my apt I had to go in person and like 8 girls were just sitting in the front desk board talking to security and saying I’m bored. I don’t know why no one answers the phone. My apt was sent to get fillings. I just got a call before my apt is for tomorrow and now I’m being told i need a referral and consult to see if I need fillings but my ortho is saying I need to fillings. Which I don’t understand because I’m already an established patent . The first Girl who did my apt didn’t mention any that before making my apt. So frustrating

The energy was so beautiful in there very calm the gentleman that did my teeth. He was a nice gentleman very patient very gentle. Love it. You guys get a star.
