I’ve been coming here for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. From day one, everyone has been so welcoming, kind, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable, answer my questions, and go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. One of my favorite things is how much they love MYLO(my puppy)! They always ask about him and get so excited whenever he comes with me. It’s such a small thing, but it shows how genuinely caring and personable everyone is. They’ve always accommodated me whenever I needed anything and have treated me like family throughout my entire orthodontic journey. I’m so grateful for all of their hard work, patience, and support. I absolutely love my smile, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient for 3 years and finally got my braces off today. I absolutely loved the staff and Dr. Wygul since my first appointment. He has always listened to my needs and made sure everything was right before making my last appointment. I most definitely recommend to anybody 10/10

My daughter went to Dr. Wiygul with a mouth full of baby teeth & many were almost sideways! Over the past 2 years he & his staff have made my baby girl's smile beautiful & straight!! Between Andrea & her amazing attitude & helpfulness with me, as the parent, plus Christina being able to answer every question we may ever have had immediately, this office team is one I will always recommend to friends & family. Marina always helps my daughter feel at ease in her chair during her monthly appointments as well. Dr. Wiygul is one of if not THE BEST orthodontist in the mid south. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a great place for kids’ braces! My son recently got his braces here, and Marina was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for braces for their kids!

I'm sharing my personal experience after attending a consultation at this orthodontic practice. I chose this office based on strong online reviews and a glowing recommendation from a coworker. The in-office experience during my consultation was very positive — the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I left feeling optimistic and was told that I would be contacted once my insurance details were reviewed to discuss payment options. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. My consultation was at the end of January, and I waited several weeks without any communication. I called back multiple times to check the status, and each time I was told the insurance response was unclear and needed to be resubmitted. I was repeatedly assured I would be contacted after a response came in, but I never received a single follow-up call. Eventually, I contacted my insurance provider myself and was told that braces would be covered 100% and Invisalign up to a certain amount — information that didn’t align with what I had been told by the office. At that point, I began to question whether I was being given accurate or complete information. Regardless of whether the delay was due to the insurance company or office miscommunication, I believe a simple update or check-in call would have made a big difference. The lack of follow-through made me feel unimportant as a prospective patient and ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. This practice may offer excellent orthodontic care — many reviews certainly suggest that — but in my case, the lack of clear communication and follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional.
