Stuetzer Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Mayfield Heights

I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist but after I either lost a filling or part of a tooth I was forced to go. I went back to where my former dentist practiced before retiring. Stuetzer Family Dentistry is their new name. I have to say I had an excellent experience during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, Debbie the receptionist was polite and explained everything she was doing, the hygienist polite and explained all she had to do. Dr. Stuetzer took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure was thorough but gentle, and I left feeling confident about my dental health and the next steps to be taken. It’s refreshing to visit an office that combines professionalism with genuine care. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental team.

Always a pleasure coming here twice a year for cleaning and more....no stress, no anxiety and everyone knows what they are doing so you can relax. Love Doc and the Crew - very happy calming atmosphere and good people! PS: The cleaning here is quite amazing because you will feel and realize the attention to detail of the cleaning. And they add a polish at the end which makes you walk out with a smile and confidence 🙂

I was very pleased with my first visit. The hygienist ( can’t remember her name, sorry) was so nice and extremely thorough. Dr. Stuetzer came in and what the hygienist found, pretty much agreed the same. To be honest I wasn’t surprised. They both had great suggestions and had what is important to me….a sense of humor. Dr. Stuetzer and crew are great. I am getting a crown replacement and felt no pain even during the anesthetic injection. They know how to be gentle and are concerned with your comfort throughout the procedure.

Excellent staff, Debbie is incredibly nice and helpful for setting up the appointment and making sure the paperwork is all put together correctly. I forgot her name but my hygenicist was incredibly nice and comforting and let me put on headphones for a certain section of the cleaning that had a high pitched sound which i was incredibly thankful for. Dr. Stuetzer was also incredibly sweet and informative. I will definitely be going back again and make sure to recommend them to my friends and coworkers!

Dr. Stuetzer and her team continue to go above and beyond my expectations each time I'm there and today was no exception. I can't recommend her and them high enough.
