Very unprofessional I had an appointment set for me and my boyfriend back to back times we get there early fill out paperwork my appointment was set first we watch many of people come in after us and go straight to back then my boyfriend was called again I was never called and my appointment time was before his I waited still more people before me another person there for the same reason back before me time was after mine I waited two hours in this waiting room no explanation nothing so by the time my boyfriend was done any another person went before me I got up and told them take me off the list I’m not waiting any longer I have children I have to get from school which is the reason I made early appointments also while I was sitting there there was a dentist the came up to front to complain of another worker not doing his job and disappearing so all I can say is this place was very unprofessional.

Dr. Norman has been my dentist for over 30 years. Highly recommended. He is one of Cleveland finest and honest dentist. All the work that has been done on mouth was excellent. He is a truth teller and will give it to you straight with no chaser concerning your teeth and what procedures are needed. I have referred many people to Dr. Norman and all were satisfied. I had been going to Dr. Norman for over 30 years until he did my kid’s braces. If you need a cleaning his hygienist Tonya is absolutely phenomenal. If you need braces GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dr. Norman removed them way too soon without notifying me and now I have to pay another orthodontist to put them back on his teeth. A total waste of my money and our time. Go to Dr. Kates team or a different orthodontist if you need braces.
