I highly recommend this dental office! The entire staff is amazing, but their receptionist Julia truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, her welcoming attitude made me feel completely at ease. We need more receptionists like Julia—she is a true asset to the practice. Professional Staff: The team is incredibly skilled and takes the stress out of going to the dentist.

I hate dentists who don't value their clients time! I'm in the appointment business. You don't make any appointment for 12 and not open till 12 whatever. I'm not going to wait. I should be in there getting things done. I have to be at work too, fools.

I have never seen such a dentist they do not know any kind of dentistry bad 😬

First off, their calling center is outsourced so they are not helpful and Do not care. Then you call the actual office and they "cannot" help because they "cannot" access the file. Do Not Go To Western Dental. There’s a lot of back and forth. AND, the day of an appointment tge office was closed!! Never got notification. Again, poor service.

Hi I’m Sam, I have been a patient for 5 years here the total payment in full to this day is 25,000 I have paid in full. @ 4165 Beverly Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90004. Spend your $$ some place else. Western Dental as a company for my skin tone is not a good fit. Treatment-0 out of 10 Professionalism -0 out of 10 Sexual harassment 10 out of 10 Hours of waiting 10 out of 10 Get what you pay for 1 out of 10 I do not recommend this company. If you can find someone out of state 10/10

I've gotten long-overdue dental work in a relatively brief span of time. Everyone who works there has been pleasant. Questions have been clearly addressed expeditiously. The only downside? Wait times. That's to be expected anywhere though.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous and very off putting. There is no respect for people’s time. I have been waiting over an hour past my appointment time and will be leaving. I came to Western Dental because my regular dentist is a 30 minute drive however at my regular dentist the wait was never more than 10 minutes. I would already be in a chair. Western Dental advertises next day appointments but they don’t keep appointments.I’m going to leave.
