Throughout the entire process, the team was highly responsive and readily available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The office itself has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend Twin Ortho to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Though I've only been in treatment for four months, I already know I made the right choice. From my very first consultation, my treatment was explained so clearly that I never felt confused or overwhelmed. I'm already seeing subtle changes that have me genuinely excited about where this journey is going. Drs. Stepanek are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they actually listened to what I wanted. Honestly, I came in caring about the aesthetic outcome and they understood that completely. It meant more than I expected to feel heard on something that personal. And Kacy! I've called multiple times with questions that probably seem silly, but she has responded to every single one with patience and genuine warmth. Shout out to her! As someone who is particular about cleanliness, I also have to mention that their office is immaculate. It's the kind of clean you notice the moment you walk in and you never get the ick. Oh and the adorable dog in the office doesn't hurt either haha So grateful to be doing this here!

I started my Angel Aligners treatment with Twin Teeth Orthodontics last year, and I genuinely enjoy every single visit. The level of care, attention, and attention to detail they provide is truly unparalleled. They make you feel like the most important patient in the practice and take the time to get to know you personally while carefully tailoring your treatment to achieve the best possible results. You can tell that perfection is their goal, and they won’t settle for anything less. On top of that, the sisters who run the practice are incredibly kind, warm, and caring. They create such a welcoming environment that you almost feel like you’re visiting friends. I honestly wish we could hang out outside the office! If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I couldn’t recommend Twin Teeth more highly.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment. And I am beaming from not only my new smile, but many compliments on how well my teeth turned out. Like wow! Their meticulous, methodical, and one-on-one approach is like none other. I think about bad advice I received when researching others to do my treatment. Twin Teeth needs to do a masterclass on delivering the best Invisalign experience! From the friendly & professional staff, to the beautiful office that feels more like a relaxing spa, to the amazing providers Dr. Michelle and Dr. Christine, it was 10/10! I can't say enough good things about them & the whole team and i'm so happy with my results. They truly made me feel cared for and took the time to answer all my questions and really explained everything behind my treatment plan. They are the best orthodontics on the west side!
