I’ve had a really good experience with this dental office. The dentists and staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable during my visits, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The office itself is great, and I would definitely recommend people to come here for dental work. The only issue I’ve consistently had is getting ahold of someone by phone, since they don’t always answer calls. I think that’s something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, I honestly love this dentist office. If you want quicker answers or appointments, I’d suggest stopping by in person because the service there is always great.

Great experience! Misleading experiences must be a type of misunderstanding because this place was awesome for both me and my teeth. The team was awesome and welcoming, definitely a place I felt safe and taken care of at, Alejandra in Specific is great! Wonderful woman very professional and hard working, definitely doing her job to her best abilities to give us patients a reason to come back.

My 90-year old mother had a 1 pm appointment and it was 2:30 and they still hadn’t seen or called her! every time i ask they say she is next. This by far the longest we have ever waited, the longest at another place was half hour and the staff let us know and apologized. what is up with this kind of service? totally wasting time especially as we arrived before 1 pm to fill out the forms. We finally said we couldn’t wait anymore because my mother was getting very hungry and tired (she’s 90!) and i asked to have all the papers that i filled out because she made it clear we WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! They refused to give the papers back and one of the front desk ladies asked if i wanted to talk to the manager. i said YES even though my mother was adamant about leaving ASAP. Then the lady gave me back the paperwork that i filled out. i asked where the manager was and Wow, she was rude. She made me wait and then told me she was at lunch. when i asked why she didn't tell me sooner she said "whatever!" Seriously?!? that attitude! No apologies but pure rudeness.We left after waiting over 1 hour, 40 minutes. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! can’t believe it. Reading other 1 star reviews completely validates our experience. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION!

If I could give them a zero I would. This place is a disgrace to the city and our neighborhood. After reading the bad reviews I took a chance anyway. Before my appointment they sent me 9 text messages!!!! to confirm my appointment and to make sure I filled out my dental forms. They also called me about 6 times regarding my appointment. My appointment was Tuesday at 9:00 AM and the place was packed. I waited 45 minutes and just got up and left. The reason they continue to give service like this is because they overbook and people just don't complain. They would not get away with this in West Los Angeles or Culver City.Waiting 20 minutes for an scheduled appointment is standard procedure and it's just shows the disrespect they have for their customers and patiences. I'm not sure how this business practice is successful, but if you can't come close to meeting minimum standards I fear the treatment would follow along the same lines. Instead of apologizing with the same stock answers for all complaints; maybe you should actually do something and make some real changes. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

This place double dipped. I recently saw my claim for my visit. I was only supposed to have paid $200 my insurance covered around $800 for them to tell me my procedure was not covered. They went ahead and applied for a loan on my behalf when I did not need to be charged besides my out of pocket.
