Excellent dental office! The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to explain the treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and made the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’m very happy with the quality of care and the results. Highly recommended!

Great experience at City Dental! I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, and Dr. Galina was very accommodating. She put me at ease by explaining every step and even gave me a mirror to hold so I could watch. Lana was supportive as well, I recommend them!

Lana is a fantastic receptionist/dental assistant but I have decided not to return to this dental office due to how Dr. G treats her assistant. She is very aggressive in how she speaks and interacts with Lana which is very worrisome. I have witnessed her speak unkind and snatch tools from Lana while I was under Dr G’s care. It’s unfortunate that I don’t feel comfortable returning considering how close the office is to my home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Galina and Lana for over 25 years, and there is a reason I still make the drive even after moving out of Hollywood. They are simply exceptional. Dr. Galina is not only incredibly skilled, but also deeply caring. I did not exactly win the genetic lottery when it comes to my teeth, and she has guided me through every challenge with expertise, patience, and a genuine commitment to my comfort. I always feel at ease in her chair, which is saying a lot when it comes to dental visits. Lana, the office manager, is just as outstanding. She is an absolute expert when it comes to insurance and always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. She makes what can be a confusing process feel simple and manageable. Over the years, they have supported me through both dental ups and downs and life’s ups and downs. That kind of consistency, care, and trust is rare. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

So stoked I found this place! The office is organized, professional, and communicative. The doctor was patient and helpful with contacting my insurance and my old dentist to transfer me and get the correct treatment. I haven’t got work done in six years and I feel very relieved that I have a place I can trust. The doctor is amazing. If you’re looking for a spot in Hollywood, you can’t go wrong here.

I have been coming to City Dental for many years. Dr Katherine, Lana and their staff have always been great. I’ve had a lot of dental issues and they always address and take care of them. Highly recommended!
