The staff at Summit dental are beyond exceptional! Their courteous and communicate any schedule discrepancies in a timely manner, While providing an accurate fix! They treat me with dignity and respect every time I go there! If you’re looking for a dentist in the Lincoln Nebraska area, I would highly recommend this practice

I went in for my new patient exam/evaluation and everyone was very nice. The front desk was very welcoming, then I went back with Taz, a hygienist, and she was super sweet while she took all of my X-rays and other imaging they needed. The Doctor came in and explained everything super clear & then I actually got the chance to have my routine cleaning the same day due to a cancellation. I had Ericka and she was wonderful to talk with and did an amazing job during my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. I’d highly recommend this practice 🙂

Everybody at Summit was so kind & helpful, it was only Bree’s third day at this office & she did an amazing job!! Dr. Brent was also very nice & helped to formulate a plan that worked for me while prioritizing my comfortability & health. The ladies even helped to play with my 9 month old daughter during my visit as I had to bring her with. Highly recommend Summit Dental, amazing experience, clean, friendly & very professional!! (:

Twice now I have come in to have the receptionist tell me I don't have a two o'clock appointment when I actually do. The first time I wasn't made aware of the name change to Summit so I ignored the message that my hyjeninst wasn't in the second time I came in I had to argue with the receptionist that I did have a appointment when they looked again they saw that I actually did. I had to show them my reminder that was just sent two hours before my appointment. ( No apologies) from the people up front. My hyjeninst was great as usual and my dentist did a great job on replacing my filling that fell out

The staff at Summit were very patient with me...and kind & understanding. Their positive attitudes made me confident tha t they understood my situation...I have a terminal illness with ongoing nausea & vomiting. I have neglected my oral care and my mouth often has abrasions from my broken, jagged teeth, which can become quite painful! So, please "float my teeth!". Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Fallbrook performed non-routine services on my husband that were not covered by our insurance and never told us they wouldn’t be. They handed us a pre-treatment estimate and assured us that this was what we were going to owe. We paid exactly what they told us. Five months later, we received a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars because they underestimated what insurance would cover. After speaking with our insurance company, we found out Fallbrook never submitted a pre-treatment estimate to insurance at all. Instead, they gave us an estimate they "came up with" on their own, without ever checking with insurance. They demanded we pay for their mistake. Shady business. To make things even worse, they didn’t offer any kind of payment plan to help with the unexpected charges. Completely unprofessional and frustrating to no end. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I’ve already shared our experience with many people, and several have canceled their appointments because of what happened to us. Avoid this place. They do not value honesty or their patients.

Erika is fabulous. She does a super job of cleaning my teeth and making sure all is in order. Dr. Matulka also checks to make sure all is well.
