I love visiting Prairie Skies, and I used to be a HUGE dental ninny! Honestly, everyone is very kind and friendly. They listen, understand, and respond accordingly. The hygienists and Dr. Flagtwet have always made sure that I am comfortable, and that means so much to me! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have always loved Dr Flagtwet's office/staff. They are always so nice & welcoming. You get in on time, they handle ppwk w/o hassle, the staff is informative, and the office is always clean as a whistle. I have been going to this dental office for years and I wouldn't change a thing! Best dentist I've ever had in my 50+ yrs of life! Gives great recommendations to other teeth doctors as well for braces or oral surgery!

I've been going to prairie sky dental for 28 years have never had a complaint. They've always been top-notch, professional, fast and efficient. The dentist and the hygienist are the utmost professional and friendly. I will continue to use them as long as I am around.

I have been going to Dr. Flagtwet for 33 years since they were located at 16th and South. Outstanding dentist , only does the work you need. The staff has always been the best. I would highly recommend his services. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Lonnie is excellent. I do not care for the young female dentist in the office as she is unethical - tries to claim a cavity when it is a formation & has been for more than 25 years. Stay with Dr. Lonnie F. & you'll have a good experience.

I have been going to Dr Flagtwit for years since his office was in the 48th and van dorn area. But that will change. They are refusing my regular every 6 months cleaning unless I pay 1400.00 to clean under my gums. I said ok see what my insurance will pay.""" They came back after submitting twice to the insurance, and the rude receptionist CALLS ME and said they won't pay anything. I was like, that's because you're not coding it right. I got the letter from the insurance also, and they say you're not coding it correctly. I even called them. Then the receptionist became very rude and said I will no longer be able to COME there unless I pay the 1400 dollars and do the service. I said, "Will I'll go to a different dentist and see what they say if this is necessary?" I have also had good teeth. This, to me, is blackmail. Plain and simple blackmail. If u want to stay our patient, then pay 1400 is what it boils down to. My husband and family and I will be going somewhere else from now on. BTW. That receptionist is so rude. She tries to act like a dentist when (get a clue) YOU'RE A RECEPTIONIST!
