Pine Ridge Dental

Excellent! Pine Ridge has been a wonderful office attending to all our dental needs. Reception staff is nice and welcoming and helpful with scheduling, very organized. Billing and insurance staff have also helped us with our questions when things get confusing. I have the BEST hygienist, Andi 🙂 she takes good care of my sensitivity, so appreciated! Dr. Rich is so nice and very knowledgeable, specific to the work I need. Everyone is caring and so great to work with! Highly recommend!

Pine Ridge Dental (at Edgewood) is always a delight with a great atmosphere and wonderful professionals. I have always been nervous about dentists (since childhood), but their good spirt, humor, and kindness was the best! Great innovation in tools and how they work as well.

Great place! Yesterday was our first visit. Already heads and shoulders above our last Dentist experience. Had our records well in advance, knew what was allowed by our insurance and what wasn't. Seemed to actually have their stuff together - and it was busy, which illustrates theyre serving a lot of people and doing it well. Cozy atmosphere. Really like the staff. Highly recommend.

I came in because I had lost a crown and was also due for a cleaning. Didn’t even get time to sit in the waiting room before the hygienist came to take me to an exam room!!! Not only are they prompt, everyone from the front checkin to the dental assistant to the dentist were friendly and professional. The dentist did a good job of explaining his plan of care, including cost. I especially want to do a shoutout to the hygienist! She put me at ease and was so friendly. She does excellent work. Wish I could remember her name but she does her job with such joy. I have been coming here for over 20 years. It’s a beautiful, comfortable facility. Thank-you Pine Ridge! I highly recommend this office.

Everyone is so nice here. The best dentist I've been to. They explain everything fully so I'm not confused and they don't try to do more dental work than is necessary (like horrible Aspen Dental - NEVER go there!). Great dentist!

It was just a checkup, and I had no issues with my teeth. She gave me a choice of flavors of toothpaste (raspberry ftw), cleaned my teeth, and we had a nice chat here and there. She was lovely! I wish I had gotten her name. At the end, she asked me if there were any supplies I needed (toothpaste, brush, floss, etc). I got a new brush, a little tube of toothpaste, and some plastic flossers free of charge. Easy peasy, and even kind of pleasant. My family and I have always gone to Pine Ridge and so far as I'm aware, we have no complaints. They're just pretty great.

Cleanings twice a year has always been free in the past with my insurance. Just got a bill for $88. Might be time to look elsewhere. UPDATE: Pine Ridge Dental saw this and looked into it. They called me up and said they goofed and did the panoramic x-ray too soon. They apologized again and canceled the charge. I’m glad, because they have always treated me so well. 😁
