UK Dentistry at Turfland

So my fiance is currently having Jaw pain that has progressively gotten worse. When I call and finally (after 15 tries) got ahold of someone, I was told that there is nothing they can do because "we are scheduled out til the end of April". I understand that. I know they are scheduled out til them. We called them in September to get her originally scheduled. What is really pissing me off is they are saying that I "yelled" at their receptionist. I did not. I was UNDERSTANDABLY upset because my fiance is in pain and their response fell along the lines of that sucks. DO NOT USE THEM. They are a horrible dentist office who only care about money. They do not care about their patients or the medical emergencies that people are going through.

Worst worst place ever they women at the front desk loves to hang up on people and show her self. They made a comment to my step daughter that she was going to sit on her phone and break it. The nurse has lots of comments behind her back about her weight. The dentist doesn't even come to the room you deal with the the nurses more then anything they left a hole in my daughter mouth and a piece of her gum hanging I had to take her else where to have it removed worst office ever I will never recommend this play for any teeth work please if u want health beautiful teeth's be no judgement or weight comments please don't go here. Not to mention I had to call 15 times to get ahold of any one I will not do business with these people ever ever again

just left my fourth voice mail over the course of 2 weeks trying to get a call back to schedule an appointment.

Edit: everything went great I guess with my anxiety I felt like I was over thinking things. The nurses did great. But I will not change my mind about the people at the front desk. The Burnett was just rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Soon as I walk in talking about how she got into it with a Patient. And the way she talks to people just seem rude. Not to mention I called 2 times to ask questions and she would hang up on me. The women with gray hair I believe was very nice at the front desk.

Dr. Dominguez, oral surgeon, and her assistant were very nice. For some reason my script was not available when I went to my pharmacy that evening. My main issue is with the phone system, I tried calling about my meds and the phone rings on and on and it's nearly impossible to get hold of anyone. They really need to upgrade their phone system, it's incredibly frustrating. Terri the nurse did call me back and she was very helpful.

Waited for months to establish primary care just for them to tell me the week of my appointment that my insurance provider has reached max capacity for their location and that their doctors were all out of office that week. So you’re going to make me wait for 1/4th of a year just to tell me to buzz off. Really fantastic services. Would give 0 stars if possible.

After 2 years of playing phone tag with uk dentistry. Finally January of this year I was able to schedule my appointment 3 months later. Before my appointment I was told I had 3500 for covered services including an implant from my insurance but given my experience, I wanted to get prices to make sure on-site, they sent in a team of dental assistants, financial services, and a dentist who plopped one finger in my cheek while (they were writting up a dental plan after giving me the price not running it through my PRIMARY insurance) to "check" my tooth aka make sure they got their 400 from someone on Medicaid who just wanted to make sure my care I can't afford otherwise is covered this shameful.
