Dr david O’Donnell, Was my dentist 20 years ago. I had moved out of town and now I have moved back in town and I needed a cleaning and they got me right in. Cleaning experience was amazing and very happy to say that Dr. O’Donnell picked up as if I never left knew exactly what my x-rays looked the last time I was in and compared them to yesterday’s. Girls at the front desk was very accommodating. There was no waiting. They took me straight back. Office was clean. I I have already booked my next cleaning . The cleaning was outstanding! But I was disappointed that for 5 1/2 months I apparently had a bill that I never received a bill in the mail or a call about $60. It appears that my previous Medicare insurance didn’t cover my X-rays. That insurance company has now changed and there’s no change that they’ll let me appeal it after all of this time. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. Which means unexpected bills are different.

My hygienist was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable and performed her job quickly, effectively and pain-free. Also the office has been remodeled and the reception area is really nice. I highly recommend O'Donnell Family Dentistry.
