Harris Family Dentistry

Despite this review, I do think Dr Harris is a great dentist and has great patient care with all of his clients. However, in the past 2 years this place has declined due to rude and uncaring staff. I did have to reschedule one of my previous appointments and when I called to make a new one I got berated about how rescheduling my appointment takes away from other people and got asked, "will you even be able to make it to your next one?" Just uncalled for. Secondly, after this interaction, I called a few months later regarding me becoming a patient again after trying a different dentist office out, and was told by the receptionist Brook that they do not take my insurance anymore. However, a family member of mine had just become a new patient with them and had the exact same insurance coverage as I did… so I thought that was a little odd considering I got told they weren’t accepting it anymore. I just think that having an unwelcoming environment for a medical office isn’t the greatest face for a company; and I definitely don’t think it’s right to be unwelcoming to clients who help keep a business open and are just trying to get their procedures done.

I have been a patient of Dr Harris since 2010, he is an excellent professional with experience and knows how to friendly threat elder patients. Dr. Harris and all his Staff are the best. thank you.

Dr. Harris is a superb dentist! I have been a patient since 11/2023 and have had over 2 dozen visits since for they are building me bran new teeth! He and his staff are very professional all the while maintaining a friendly family atmosphere! If you have any problems big or small, West Harris is willing to sit down with you on his own personal time to resolve it! He really seems to care about his clients and their feelings! His service is gentle and on point! Bring YOUR FAMILY to the Harris family for all your dental needs! You wont regret it! Thank you West and your staff for giving me back my smile!

I cannot put into proper words the relief, compassion, comfort, and treatment my son was given today at Harris Family Dentistry. We had an urgent situation and they were able to fit him into their schedule at a moments notice. Truly the most empathetic, skilled, and kind dentist and office I have ever been to. I also want to compliment the beautiful humans at the reception desks. They are also wonderful and compassionate in every way. Thank you so very much for helping my son and going above and beyond. We have definitely found our forever dentist. So grateful.

I can't put into words just how bad this dentist is. Shop around (if you can) you can find much, much, better than this qack.

Dr Harris Family Dentistry is the best place to go for dental care. Today, I went in with a horrible panic attack, but they put me at ease with their laid back personalities. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins & I've been to numerous appointments! Everything always goes well, from start to finish! They get the work done quickly & their prices are fair. I would definitely recommend Dr Harris & his Staff to anyone who's looking for a great dentist!

Harris Family Dentistry is great. I was coming from a different dental office that did not provide a good experience. I had high expectations for Harris Family Dentistry and they exceeded them. Danielle the dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She explained everything before she did it so I knew what to expect. Dr. Harris was very thorough and answered all of my questions!
