Diamond Dental

Today was my first time at Diamond Dental and it was great! Every person there made me feel welcome and was kind. Everyone was down to earth, and made me feel very comfortable. Great experience from beginning to end. Brittany called me back promptly to get me scheduled after I requested an appointment online. Shannon did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking XRays. She was patient and gentle. Dr.Diamond was friendly and answered all my questions. He explained things in a way that made sense as well. And the check out lady was also super sweet. Very happy with my first visit and feel lucky to have found this dental office that accepts my insurance.

Wonderful place! I am very pleased to have found them. I had not been to the dentist for quite sometime, due to bad experiences. Everyone there makes me feel very comfortable. It is a great feeling to know I don't have to worry about broken teeth or cavities. When I need them they will be there. Great dentists and hygienest. ❤️

I have had a good experiences with Diamond Dental. I am limited to where I can go due to my insurance coverage, but still choose them for a few reasons: I trust them, they treat their patients well and are reasonable with pricing when it comes to paying OOP.

Have been going here for numerous years. The best dentists I have ever had! Dr. Zakharia and Dr. Diamond are incredibly kind, ethical and smart in their practice. I love how they explain things from a scientific perspective. They have never made me feel shame or judged for anything like not flossing sometimes. They really get that people are humans and aren't perfect all the time! I think this is awesome, because so many people often feel judged at the dentist or doctor. The office and dental staff are all very kind, efficient, and smart as well. So grateful for Diamond Dental. My family and I reccommend them to anyone who ever asks for a good dentist in Lexington. But Diamond Dental isn't just good -- they are truly phenomenal.

Dr. Zak is honestly the best dentist I have probably ever had. She is so attentive and thoughtful and answers every question I have even if I have many of them. Her approach is modest which means a lot to me, having been to dentists that just wanted to do a bunch of stuff even if it was not totally needed. I feel that I can trust her recommendations which speaks volumes. She’s been super thorough and always tries to make the most of each appointment. Our conversations are always wonderful and I enjoy them. Very thankful to have found her! The hygienist Jaylene is also great and really took her time on my fillings to make sure they were perfect before I left. Everyone I have had the opportunity to meet here has been lovely and I can’t recommend them enough.

I used to like this dentist but it turns out he lies straight to your face. Talks really nice about pulling a tooth but in circles he goes about it, I’ll look at the schedule, then sends me up front to rude office lady with a referral! Not the nice blondes that are usually there! Charges $83 to look at tooth for 2 seconds and write antibiotics cause I have an infection.because it’s a root canal tooth that was done 2 years ago he’s not gonna touch it! But straight up lied about pulling it! Never again. Too scared to be up front with me I guess which is absurd.

Completely and utterly unprofessional. They do not do insurance checks before the appointments, they ask you to complete paperwork online to have you complete it once again when you arrive, when you call to make an appointment they put you on hold for long periods of time everytime you call, and they do not call back when you leave messages. It’s best to go elsewhere overall for professional dentistry and a great experience. Update: Instead of rectifying the problem, they canceled us as clients. Just pathetic. When they called, they didn’t even address me with the correct name. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Go elsewhere.
