I came in a week before vacation, needing a temporary solution for a big problem! The staff was efficient and helpful. The Doctor was straightforward that I was basically asking for a miracle! 😂 I have high expectations! I appreciate that in a doctor though. Just be real with me, and I’ll be real with you! 🤷‍♀️🤞 I am totally blown away by the results! He exceeded my high expectations! I went in Monday, picked up Friday. No adjustment needed! The price was reasonable enough that I paid with my bfs card… 😂🤷‍♀️😁🤘 I would like to say thank you to the doctor! I didn’t get to speak to him picking up! No need! How awesome is that?! 👏🎬 I would highly recommend!

BEWARE this office will turn you away when you show up for your appointment. My Mother traveled an hour and a half for her appointment to be told she would have to leave because they had canceled it WITHOUT her knowledge. My senior mother had immediate dentures that were terrible fitting and she endured them until they agreed to replace with a smaller denture. While this was appreciated it was surprising to believe this office initially truly expected her to wear the first denture for nearly a year when she could not close her mouth. After receiving the second denture, adjustments were made and an appointment was scheduled that day to do a re-line. My mother wore the new denture for several days taking note of where all the sores were that would need addressed with the re-line. She drove an hour and a half from her home on a Monday morning to her appointment only to be told by Maria that the dentist asked her to cancel my mother’s appointment!! If you are concerned in trusting an office with your loved one’s care take this kind of knowledge very seriously. They had no regard in denying my mother the care her mouth needed this day even though they have been paid in full for these appointments. They simply say go home and come back another day on our schedule. This appointment wouldn’t have taken more than 10-15 minutes of their time. How sad.

Front two ladies ,10 out of 10. Dentist 10nout of 10, his assistant just going to say I'll pray for her. Must have been going thru something, we never know, i was polite, tried to interact, due to nerves...that was shut down quick. Over all great place. Front ladies went above and beyond for me and my brother, will and have recommended to other family members and friends!!!

Im sure some people have had a great experience im just not one of them. The up front staff was great,nice,friendly and very helpful. My issue started as soon as I was called back. First the girl had attitude becuse some of my piercings are permanent and acted like I was a bother. Second the Dentist person acted very high and mighty. I had childhood brain cancer so I had chemo and radiation plus im a mom so it took its toll on my teeth. I've always had issues. The dentist talk down to me and did let me talk or ask questions. I never went back.

Affordable dentures and Implants in Lexington, Ky Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing!!! His staff are kind, attentive, and always try to meet all your needs while getting the implants. Dr. Thomas cares about his patients and is very detailed oriented. I'm so pleased with the end results!!! Thanks to all of you.

It was clean n inviting. Front staff was polite n courteous. The Dr. n nurses that I dealt with were very friendly n knowledgeable of their position. The Dr. came in n talked with me about the procedure n what was going to happen. He went into detail n i thought that was very professional that he did so. I came back the second day n picked up my dentures, they helped me with the placement n ask if they felt right n if they were anything that I didn’t like about them or had any problems just call n they would bring me in. I will continue to use there facility as long as I can.

The nicest most professional staff I have encountered. The office staff were very kind. The Dentist and assistant were so kind caring and informative about plan and options. To be blunt it was my fist time there but I was treated as if I were related to everyone there. I had 21 teeth pulled with next to no pain. I recommend this place to anyone that needs any service they offer. I couldn’t thank them leaving because I couldn’t talk but I hope that leaving a 5 star review will be my way of saying thanks. I felt transported back in time when folks were much kinder to one another. Thanks very much and look forward to going back.
