As a new patient, I was very pleased with my cleaning. Tiffany was very friendly, professional, and thorough with my cleaning. Any questions I had, she answered them which prompt me to ask more questions. I recommend Smiles if you are looking for a new dental practice.

Dr. Daoud and her assistant Tiffany were professional; providing excellent care in a clean environment while providing my semi-annual teeth cleaning. The office environment is caring and friendly; I highly recommend this family run dental provider. Tiffany; the hygienist was caring, professional and she provided excellent teeth cleaning skills. The staff from receptionist to the dentists were caring and professional. It’s a warm and caring environment. I highly recommend! My service dog 🐕‍🦺 Murphy is allowed to be by my side during my exam. I went to Lakewood Smiles for the first time last week after having a toothache that wasn’t getting better. I called several dental offices on a Sunday and not only were they the first office who called me back, but they were the only office who returned my call. They were able to get me in ASAP. I have some pretty major dental anxiety - normally shaking in the chair and teeth start chattering - but upon going back to the chair, I felt at ease by the dental assistant. She made sure I was comfortable and heard. When Dr. Sun came to meet me, he was supportive and kind. He didn’t make me feel ashamed or nervous in anyway. He was able to explain what was going on with my tooth - infection that needed a root canal - and prescribed meds until I was able to get it worked on. During the procedure, the next week, Dr. Sun was sure to tell me how the different tools would feel and he checked on me every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be returning for a cleaning this summer. I cannot thank the whole office team enough for making me feel at ease, out of pain, and supported!

I drive from Jefferson because I get such good and fair treatment at Lakewood Smiles. There are no hidden fees or outrageous business practices. In fact, the staff helped me find a supportive insurance plan because I am retired and without traditional dental medical support. They are well worth the small effort it takes to make them my FAVORITE dentists ever. Hurray for them!

I had a mostly positive experience here. I needed a filling that was a bit tricky to address. It was handled well by the staff with various options offered to fix. I especially appreciated the time the dentist took to explain what happened, how to fix it and when to pursue additional work.

I've never been so disrespected before by a dentist before in my life. Chipped my enamel, he treated it like a cavity and filled it. Days go by and the pain is real. Shooting all the way down to my jaw line every time I drank or ate. Went back and said maybe my pain level is excessive and said that maybe I need to get a crowne on all my teeth. He then started talking about all the work I had done in my mouth and started talking about other parts of my mouth I said I'm good got up and walked. He stopped me and said why I was confrontational. Please... My family, my wife's family will never come back here again. I miss doctor Herman or even doctor Duaod.

Came in to get a chipped tooth fixed. Was told they would contact my insurance within a few weeks and get back to me after initial exam. They convinced me to get a cleaning as well in the meantime. I have not heard anything back about my and now out 400$ from cleaning
