I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients really stood out. The receptionist was equally amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very organized. She made scheduling easy, answered all my questions with patience, and created such a warm first impression. Must visit !

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Ileana at the front desk, who is truly amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful with any questions I had. She made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through the appointment. The procedure was smooth and virtually painless, which I really appreciated. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM on 03/16. The clinic called me on 03/15 to confirm it. I arrived at 10:00 AM, but I had to wait until 11:30 AM. When I asked the front desk staff about the delay, she went to speak with the doctor. I’m not sure if the doctor was having a bad day or something, but he came out and said, "You can leave, I’m not holding anybody." When he told me this, he had already numbed my teeth, and I had already been waiting numbly for an hour. I had already waited for an hour and a half, so hearing that was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He then filled three cavities in about 15 minutes. I truly hope everything was done properly, because if anything happens to my teeth, I will definitely pursue my legal rights. This was not my first visit to this clinic, but this experience was very disappointing. No body even apologizes for the delay 👎 —- 2nd update: They did a horrible job. They messed all my teeth. After three months, one of my teeth broke because that doctor made 3 cavities filling in 15 minutes he didn’t do it properly. Unbelievable I had a canal root therapy because of these people now I have a broken teeth stay away this clinic! Shame on you guys!!!!

I had a great experience at this dental office. There was very little waiting time, the staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor explained my treatment in detail. I felt very comfortable the entire time and am extremely happy with the work that was done. No complaints at all!

I have been coming to Kew Gardens Dental for all my dental treatments. Recently I got done four root canal with Dr. Artem, two each visit, I was nervous about it, but him and his assistant were just amazing. Dr Artem was professional and patient, answered every single question I had, and the whole process was smooth from begin to end, I did not felt any discomfort whatsoever, next day I felt great, like nothing happened. He is truly amazing, I am thankful for his service. Thank you Dr. Artem 🙂

I recommend this dental clinic, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars. The facilities are clean, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable. Franco in X-ray is very kind and friendly, and Dr. Gabriel is very professional. The price is reasonable for the quality of the work.

A GREAT place to come for all dental needs. I am a patient here and the cleanings are quick and efficient. Invisalign is a big green flag! I did it and I’m beyond happy with my results. Alongside the staff, everything is great. I very much recommend Elanit for cleanings especially for teenagers. This is definitely the BEST place for your next dental visit!
