From the very first day we walked into the office, we felt truly welcomed. The doctor is absolutely amazing, attentive, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff is just as wonderful. Everyone works together as a great team, and their friendliness and professionalism made every visit a positive experience. I am beyond happy with the results. Seeing how my daughter looks now compared to when we first started is incredible. I’m so grateful for the care and dedication we received. I highly recommend this orthodontist office to anyone looking for excellent service and outstanding results.

Excellent experience with two kids! My son just had his braces taken off and I’m pleasantly surprised that the doctor isn’t pushing doing the veneers he had suggested (for small teeth) before starting treatment. Very hapoy with the result. My daughter should be done in the fall. Looking forward to that, since her smile is already so much more beautiful since starting treatment. Doctor Mathew is terrific and his staff is easy-going appointment-wise and extraordinarily determined to work things out with the insurance company. Recommend without reservation.

Dr. Mathew and his entire team are absolutely wonderful! At every visit, we truly felt like part of a family (even though we share the same last name, we aren’t related!). Everyone is warm, gentle, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is always welcoming, appointments run smoothly, and the results speak for themselves. I want to clarify that I'm not confusing this office with another practice. My orthodontic treatment was completed by Dr. Mathew at this exact location. My review reflects my personal experience with that treatment. I don’t recommend this orthodontist. My treatment left me with a bad bite, jaw asymmetry, and ongoing TMJ pain. I now feel discomfort in my jaw and ears when chewing, talking, or even smiling. He never explained that I might not be a good candidate for braces or that these issues could happen. Since finishing treatment, I’ve also been diagnosed with sleep apnea, which my doctors think may be linked to changes in my jaw from the orthodontic work. If you’re an adult with a crossbite or complex dental issue, please get a few opinions before starting treatment. I truly wish I had.

Very confusing experience with this orthodontist’s office. My sister went in for a braces consultation, but when we tried to call back for clarification, the call dropped and no one answered afterward. When I called at 10 a.m. the next day, the receptionist quoted "450k," but wouldn’t clearly explain whether that meant 450k or 45k. She also mentioned a $500 down payment but gave no clear cost breakdown. I asked if another appointment was needed to discuss what type of braces my sister would need (Invisalign vs. traditional), and was told no, which didn’t make sense since the cost would be different. I also asked for an email with a breakdown of costs, but never received it. Overall, communication is unclear and different people give different information. We’re just looking for clear answers and transparency.
