Jennifer is the gold standard when it comes to hygienists. She’s the best I’ve ever had. She has a calming presence is thorough and very gentle. Dr. Wagner Is an 11 on a ten scale. She’s simply the best.

I have nothing but positive feedback from my visit. To begin with, Becky at the front desk was incredibly helpful in getting me registered as a new patient. She kept me updated on insurance information through text messages until I arrived at the office. Then, Vicki took over and was equally sweet and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Wagner was amazing, ensuring that I was comfortable and pain-free. I have a follow-up appointment next week, and I plan on many more visits, including bringing my family in. Thank you so much!

My experience with this dentist is that they aren't professional or trustworthy. They told me they were having credentialing issues with my insurance carrier but assured me my insurance was accepted and therefore they proceeded with my cleaning. The dentist herself insured me. However, they later billed me out of pocket and wouldn't help me to resolve this issue. Had my insurance not been accepted I clearly would've gone somewhere where it was and my cleaning would be covered. Moreover, they went a year without returning my calls and I had to constantly try to resolve this issue yet they continued to send me bills.

The entire staff is always pleasant & helpful. Unlike most places, they tell me what I need to know instead of playing if you don't ask we won't tell you. If you're in need of a dental upgrade, look no further & come see these people.

Dr. Wagner is wonderful. I'm so thankful to have a dentist I can trust! And the staff is wonderful, they made feel welcome and fully explained ofice procedure. Highly recommend this dental office.
