PrimeCare Family Dental - Pendleton Pike

I went here to get Xrays and cleaning. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was a new patient. The rooms were clean. They provide a tv in the room so you can be comfortable. I will return in 6 months.

The front desk associate Rusty was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me as well about the process of the service I was getting. The dentist Dr. Singh was very kind and gentle with me during my procedure. I was very anxious about seeing a dentist but the entire staff I encountered were beyond helpful and kind.

For the start… Both receptionist were very friendly. They helped me with my forms I had to fill out. The dentist Dr Singh was so kind and gentle with my 19 month old daughter. It was her first visit! He also was very nice and comforting to me as well! I was very embarrassed of the issues with my teeth. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. After our visit one of the lovely receptionist, Rusty was incredibly helpful with my referrals. She helped me mentally prepare for our up coming appointments and had really great advice and very helpful! Overall the entire staff was amazing, kind and very helpful! I’m so thankful! It was great me and my kids been going they set our appointment together they check up on us and welcoming when we come in the remember us .

They post hours open until 6pm. You drive an hour to get there, they are closed and no one there. Then call to ask if you can get someone to guaranteed be there at least byb5pm, and they are not only rude about it on the phone, but say they 'should be there' should... not will stay knowing someone is coming within posted hours. Rude. Oh and the public use restroom has no lock... gross and dangerous. Avoid this place if you're looking for professionals to handle your paperwork and xrays

Came here because it was the closest place , upon getting here had issues with insurance and Rusty went above and beyond to help me and made sure I kept my appointment. Only thing I suggest is bigger cups in waiting room lol I'm 6ft8 and I get thirsty and small cups too many trips overall great staff and experience

What a difference! The level of care, understanding and treatment is the best I have ever experienced BY FAR! So glad I fired my old provider and chose this practice. You deserve quality dental care, take the time to make an appointment with a team that cares!
