I’ve been going here since I was a child & brought my 3 year old for a cleaning. The attention from the assistant & dentist were awesome! They were super patient w/ him even though he was scared. At the end, my child had a great experience at Prime Smile! As we left, he was showing everyone his clean teeth!

Bad experience with insurance and billing! Word of advice to parents, do not sign a treatment case plan without verifying with your insurance first! Apparently Prime Smile likes to submit claims at a higher price (different from your case plan), then wait for the "allowable" amount from insurance to bill you the remaining amount especially when you have paid out-of-pocket from what they state your portion of responsibility. Even though your treatment case plan is a plan of what their fees are, it's a lie from what they actually bill! Please pay attention to your statements. Oh it doesn't help to call the office to receive an explanation of the discrepancy because they will tell you it's the insurance company. I can only imagine how they bill the Medicaid patients. I think this is insurance fraud...smh! Yes, I am filing a fraud complaint especially after talking with my insurance company!
