Georgetown Dental Center

Went in today for a cleaning and they gave me a scan on my teeth and gums. I told dr. Frank about my chipped tooth that they fixed a week prior and that it needed redone so instead of fixing it all they did was grind it down to where it looked shorter then my other front tooth by a 1/2 inch and I asked if they added on to it to match my other tooth and they told me with a bold face that they did when in actuallity all they did was get the grinder out. I guess they didn't think I was there. In the front of the house I spoke with kamesha who was rude and condescending and had a hard time communicating clearly. They presented me with a cleaning that included 2 crowns and the bill would $4300 if I chose it. I clearly told her I just wanted a basic cleaning that she was not trying to hear and refused to schedule me for the basic cleaning. They got their money for the scan and tried to bully me into getting the $4300 dollar cleaning. The worst experience of my life at a dental office. They care about getting money out of you not respecting the insurance that you have. They talk down to you and make you feel less then. I say from the front of the house to the back of the house they are all angry and judgemental super bullies.

It had been some time since my last visit to the dentist and this was a great experience. Everyone was very kind, professional and transparent about costs, procedures and outcomes. I am happy with how well this visit went and will move forward with all future dental work here. I have to say again how nice everyone was, receptionist was great, assistant were great, hygienist was wonderful and the dentist was great as well! Would recommend 100%!

I absolutely LOVE Georgetown Dental. I had always been anxious about dentists because of past trauma. But Dr Frank is AMAZING!! This is the best dentist Ive experienced in my adult life. I highly recommend him

Just went to get my cleaning and took my son to have his teeth checked. Best place for family or even if you want to go alone! Everyone is super sweet and nice! Whoever cleaned my teeth left them spotless felt like a car wash moment definitely recommend this place! 100/10

My 18-year old daughter was denied service because of a balance on her mom’s account under $200. They argued with me about it over the phone and told me there was no manager on site to help with the situation at 9 am on a Tuesday. Thankfully they transferred me to the finance department who very kindly fixed the account. But my daughter still had to be rescheduled for another day because of a very preventable mistake and the office lost an appointment, and will likely lose several patients as a result. Not a good look

Dr. Frank is one in a million. He surrounds himself with staff that's one in a million. I have fear of going to the dentist and they completely squashed that fear. I struggle with X-Rays and had no problems here. I got a root canal done and it was done flawlessly. I really had an excellent first visit to this office and will have no problem going back in the future.

Dr. Frank is always warm and welcoming which puts people at ease. Also, he's a very good dentist. He listens to you and lets you decide what you want to do. If you're scared of dentists, he's the one for you.
