Dr.Patel was very professional, kind and gentle. He made sure I had the sedation I needed to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. His assistant was great also. The office staff was professional, nice, and very helpful as well. I was impressed with the way everyone worked together. Thank you to Dr. Patel and your staff for making my visit a pleasant one.

First off the stars of this facility... The staff. From. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and had 0 wait time even though I arrived quite a while before my appointment time. The staff were all kind and explained each part of the procedure and what they were doing and explaining their findings as we went. The Dr explained what options were going to be available and what would work well for me and what might be the best working with my insurance. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with this office. Gold stars all around. After coming back a few times to do the prep work for my dentures. The staff have still always been nothing short of amazing. So happy my friend recommended them to me. I would still recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.

Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist as is the rest of the staff. They are attentive, talented and have patiently listened to my concerns. Everyone is so personable and kind, making sure you feel comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Patel is a state-of-the-art dentist who utilized high tech dental tools to make sure our patient had the best experience and a beautiful outcome without waiting long periods of time and arranging multiple appointments to complete dental work. My family and I are grateful to have had such a caring dentist!! He's a Rock Star!🤩

Having dental work is never a fun thing, but Crosspoint family dental is absolutely five star. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. Every one of them was exceptional. It made my experience so much better. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient for many years, I have become Very Comfortable at the practice. I Like and Trust my dental care provider Dr.Rushi Patel.DDS. He also is the provider for my husband and daughters. He Listens, he Explains and he Finds a Solution with any problems you may be having. My husband is ELATED for his recent care. When our youngest daughter's crown was Not correct, Dr. sent it back to the lab to make sure that it was PERFECT. Finan is our dental hygienist. She has been for a long time and knows exactly what WE need. She does an Excellent job cleaning My teeth. I do not know what I would do without her. Have gotten to know a lot of the staff and they are Wonderful. Everyone is Very Kind and Helpful in any way that they can be. We live all the way on the south side and drive all the way to the north side to come to this practice.
