The staff is super friendly especially the front office ladies. The dentist are experienced, and handle my kids pretty easily. It's always immaculatly clean and the appointments run on time. Personally i really appreciate respect of my time, and the friendly easy going manor in which they (dentists, nurses &staff) handle their customers.

The staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the visit a positive experience. Dr. Sigg is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring patients feel confident in their care. The dental hygienist is exceptionally gentle, delivering thorough and attentive care that truly stands out.

Beyond rude, I called inquiring for my mother and potentially my family. The employee immediately screamed at me saying oh medicare are you calling for dental? This is for dental! Yeah that's why I'm calling do you all accept Medicare as part of the dental plan. Oh well you just need to make sure you know what you're calling for!!! Like what?! So unnecessary! And I'm sure she's probably talked to people like this before. It seemed as if the minute I said medicare she already had a prejudice like it means my mother won't pay or somehow less than, very short sided mentality , you don't know what other business they could potentially receive. And a simple no ma'am we do not take Medicare would of been sufficient.Maybe one day she might be on Medicare so let's be cautious how you treat those you think are beneath you because life definitely has it's up and downs .

I started going to Cornerstone back then in 2015 I was taking my grandmother and I noticed how well the staff and doctor treated her. I was sold and made an appointment even though I lived in Fishers the drive was not a bother. I had a dentist that I visited regularly but he was rough and, had no compassion for the fear I had of the dentist from prior issues with fillings being done incorrectly and doing to many at one time. I was assured by Dr.Sigs that things would be different he even explained what had possibly happened to me. He gave me my new plan and we began to upgrade my already big white smile to a premium smile and discussed how I could maintain my healthy gums and zero cavities!!! I love it here I would call to see how you can be a patient even if you have no insurance. Heyyyy Julie!!
