Cassie was absolutely AMAZING! I appreciate her level of compassion and professionalism. My son and I were skeptical and did not know where to ghosting for his urgent dental needs. She greeted me with a smile and told me "NO WORRIES" we will take care of you. They did just that from beginning to end. Thanks for the AMAZING customer experience. The receptionist is not overly friendly, but she is not rude. Kennedy who was my Tech was so sweet once a rapport was established. The Doctor/Dentist is an Absolute confident professional friendly and took the time to explain what she is doing. I felt very comfortable with care and look forward to continuing care there. The wait time was minimum everything went very quick! Highly recommend

Went in on an emergency - broke a crown. Had excellent care starting with front receptionist Cassie. Hygienist Wilber was thorough, explained everything and every question I had he explained thoroughly. Dentist Dr. Shaltoni was top notch. Extremely professional in explaining what was happening. The entire place is profoundly clean and sanitary. Extremely !!! up to date with their dental instruments and technology. JUST GO !! I already have my next cleaning booked !!!

I can’t believe these office took me in right away as soon as I call them to help me. Broke my tooth 🦷 last night and in the morning I called them and he told me to come in and immediately took care of me. I am a new patient and I will stay with them. Cassie was incredible, helped me with a payment plan because I am new in Indiana and My insurance from my work haven’t kicked in yet. So CASSIE MADE EVERYTHING GREAT FOR ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had a wonderful experience at 7 Days Family Dental office! I’ve always been nervous about dental work, but Dr. Truong Cassie and the staff were incredibly gentle and patient. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring dentist!

I went in for a routine cleaning and a filling repair, and everything was very straightforward and efficient. Dr. Truong explained the procedure clearly and did excellent work. Cassie at the front desk was helpful with explaining the costs and made check-in easy. I was able to get a quick appointment, and the Saturday hours were very convenient. Highly recommend.
