My two children are undergoing orthodontic care at this clinic. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Their treatment is still in progress, but everything is going smoothly and as planned. Always grateful for their service!

They need to do their job more accurately and quickly. Last time, I was out of Hawaii, so we agreed to have our next appointment via Zoom, but they didn't even know my phone number and kept asking for it. This has happened before. I recommend understanding what the patient says and taking notes.

Wonderful "bedside" manner! Did not try to talk me into expensive things I didn’t need. Excellent listener! Highly recommend!

I did a full Invisalign treatment with Dr. Won and her team. I was mostly seen in Mililani, but I also went to Kapolei as well. They are all absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with my outcome. It was a family environment, as well as clean and professional. Thank you all so much for treating me with such kindness and care.
