This is my third visit and I'm elated with the results. The service from Dr. Miyasaki and staff is fantastic. In my visits, I have observed first class professionalism, awesome communication, and the WARMTH (emphasis added) from each staff member, there is a sincere genuine atmosphere in that office that makes you feel at home. At times, I would doze off (that's how comfortable I felt) because the chair is comfortable. When you have an office, a doctor, and staff that makes you feel important with dental care, your fear of going to or seeing the dentist is gone. I highly recommend Dr. Miyasaki and staff. There is no judgment, professionalism, and top notch communication. FYI - I'm not scared to go see the dentist. Looking forward to many visits.

I went in for cleaning, evaluation and consultation. During my visit, Dr. David Miyasaki and Miss Jessica were cautious, down to the point and very professional. Although I have very bad teeth, I felt welcome and respected. Dr. Miyasaki was very sincere and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I had all my lower teeth fixed 2 months ago. They are now not just functional and also look very nice. Thank you Dr. Miyasaki and all your assistants for your time. Joyce

Dental Hygienist Janet was excellent as usual! It was great seeing Dr. Wilfred Miyasaki again. I normally see his son David, but they both have provided me excellent service through all the years I have seen them. Julie at the front desk is always professional and cheerful as always. Dr. Miyasaki and his staff are the top dental professionals as far as I am concerned.

Drs Wilfred and David Miyasaki are undeniably the best in dentistry. They know dental care deeply and give me excellent care. When I have problems they are available in a day to help me. Believe me, you are in good hands with them. Janet is so thorough as a hygienist and keeps an eye out for any problems and the front desk staff are really so warm and friendly.

The service received by Dr. Miyasaki & assistant Remy was beyond 5 stars. From the time you enter the office to your departure, you are treated to a great experience. I’m a very nervous dental patient and the staff puts you right at ease. Additionally they provide you with 1st class amenities that I’ve never experienced at a dental office before. I’m truly thankful I made the right choice and looking forward to being able to smile again !!

Yea beyond 5 star experience!! Darlene greeted me soon as I walked in, assistant Novie is the sweetest and most accommodating and Dr. Miyasaki listened to all my concerns, very patient and understanding! I felt so comfortable and have trust he will take good care of my dental health. Great team! I have never experienced a dental staff as exceptional as Downtown Dental. So glad I made this choice!

My second visit and I was greeted by name.. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable And feeling okay at all times. I have a tooth filled And my teeth cleaned and felt no pain during the procedure. And even after, amazing. Best Dental care in oahu. Superior service everybody in the office is very friendly. I'm not afraid to go to The dentist anymore. This is my Fourth or fifth? visit. And I am so impressed by the service and the care given to me each time I go. I am 81 years old and have been to many dentist in my lifetime. But I wish I had found doctor miasaki years ago. I highly recommend them to anybody. That wants to get their teeth fixed and not feel any pain and feel like you're just going to visit a family. The minute you walk through the door you agreed by name.
