If you have TMJ…do not go here. Dr. Do does not know what she is doing, her staff, especially Kim, is NOT a people person…surface nice, which is fine, but if it’s long term treatment, she becomes like an itch, except when you scratch, the irritation doesn’t go away, just gets worse…all of this occurs too, since payment has been made…they really could care less…Over $20,000 of work done, and only 2 years later, Dr. Do’s ‘technique’ has failed! Thinking of filing a suit against her since she assured me that she’s the only one that uses her technique for treating TMJ disorder and the only one that works. I may not have a case, but we’ll have to see, due to the amount of money I put out for treatment…slowly her work at adjusting one’s bite and building up various teeth degenerates or wears down, and then you’re back to square one with TMJ symptoms, out of $20,000+ and seeking TMJ treatment all over again! I had such a great experience with Manoa Dental. I’ve been a patient of theirs for 3 years now and have come here for cleanings, Ortho, extraction and dental implants. The crew over here is the best! Always a pleasure when I have to visit and they always take care of me. 10 of 10 would recommend!

I went in because I snore and was interested in the night appliance. My boyfriend said I snore loud and I was always waking up tired, groggy and dragged throughout my day. Since getting the night appliance, I have been waking up before my alarm clock because the quality of sleep I am getting (with the appliance) is making me so much more well rested. Also, my boyfriend said I snore much less and quieter if at all. It does take some time to get used to sleeping with an appliance in your mouth. There was some jaw and tooth soreness at first for the first 2 weeks but then your body adjusts. Overall, I’m very glad I went in for this appliance and would definitely recommend Manoa Dental.

I cannot recommend Manoa Dental highly enough. I had a complicated case, and Dr. Do and her staff did an amazing job. They are extremely kind and accommodating, and they treat you as a whole person, not just a mouth full of teeth.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Dr. Do and her staff at Manoa dental. The office is so clean and organized and they make you feel very comfortable. I’m absolutely in love with my smile. She gave me my dream smile.

Dr. Do and team has always been amazing from my consultation to now, with my spacer appliances. I have tight teeth spacing which I wasn’t aware of but they worked diligently to get it on!! Now I just have to perfect my speech. Can’t wait to finish my whole procedure with Dr. Do and her team!

unusual practice from my experience. only cleaning half of my teeth at a time even though I’m young and healthy, won’t tell me if I have cavities until not next visit, but next next visit according to my dentist. seems kind of shady, feel like I’m getting nickeled and dimed for no reason. the work is good though and the assistants and desk workers are nice
