Such nice personnel. I had an issue with my insurance and the front staff didn't complain and did additional work to get my coverage corrected. My hygienist was awesome and the dentist was sweet. I'll be back.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Kevin Sugiki’s office for almost two years for my regular cleanings (twice a year), and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is always so professional and welcoming. Yesterday I had my cleaning with Sherry — she was amazing! Super gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They also referred me to an excellent orthodontic clinic, which I really appreciate. If there’s ever anything wrong, they take great care of my teeth right away. Highly recommend Dr. Sugiki and his wonderful team!

As a child my brothers and I had the worst dentist. As an adult had to have most of the fillings redone. It was a nightmare. When I came to Oahu it took years to find the right dentist and I found him. Dr. Kevin Sugiki, DDS is the best! He has many amazing qualities. The last person I recommended to him cried with happiness and hugged Dr. Sugiki after his first visit. He said he had never experienced such gentleness, painless and kindness! Dr. Sugiki is honest and gives you all the options available and then suggests the best option for you after his examinations. He also has the latest technology which is a plus knowing you’re in good hands! But that’s not all. Dr. Sugiki’s staff is just as amazing. I look forward to having my teeth cleaned by his dental hygienists every 6 months! Just wish I could do it more often! My favorite hygienist is Linda. I have a higher tolerance for pain so prefer deep cleaning. Love rolling my tongue over clean gums and teeth! The front desk staff are so cool too! Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do but after switching over to Dr. Sugiki many years ago, I now love going to the dentist and have brought our family to see him too! Very caring team and very proactive and take such great care of us! Highly recommend!!! Super convenient office location at Kahala Mall with lots of parking!

First time and will not be the last. Dr. Sugiki and staff were all pleasant and easy to talk to. Props to Shari, she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth (fast and efficient, and not rough). She’s very friendly, was good fun talking to her.

Great experience at Dr. Kevin Sugiki’s clinic. They first greet you when you first walk in through the door. Everyone is welcoming and very kind. Dr. Sugiki is very soft spoken and for me I’m afraid of going to dentist visits but he was very kind and I’m very comfortable to talking to him about my dental work. Great clean place and everyone is so great !
