Great Expressions Dental Centers - Grosse Pointe

I arrived five minutes early for my 5 PM cleaning. X-rays were taken, and the hygienist arrived and started her exam she then made a comment asking if I brushed my teeth that day, which felt unprofessional and embarrassing because I had already informed her of my medical history .She quoted me for a deep cleaning and repeatedly suggested I could reschedule she stated this before, during ,and after my exam. After my exam, the dentist discussed needed work. When the hygienist returned, I asked to make a phone call and she stood over me, I then requested the quote for the dentist’s work as well. She refused and said I had to wait until she was finished because she needed to start immediately, which was not true. Why schedule the cleaning for 5 o’clock if you’re gonna rush through everything and you just want to get out of work she was very nasty and rude. I ended up leaving and she told her coworker I left because I wanted to come back and that was not true.I left because your hygienist is RUDE! All of the bad reviews are about her. Some type of patient training would help maybe? Just treat people how you want to be treated. I am going elsewhere for my cleaning, but I will be back because I did specifically come to see the Dentist. He has always been very kind.

As old as I am I still have a fear of the dentist. The employees there were very nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I just appreciate how they explained what was going to happen and what I might feel. They are really good at what they do.

Staff absolutely wonderful. The ladies took great care of me from front desk to the Hygienist and baby in the corner. Lol overall a very good experience.

This office feels like a family. The front desk staff (Sparkle and Grace), the hygienists, and their assistants are friendly and kind. Dr. Kaul and Kalynn are wonderful. They treat my sons with such care and respect. I had to see Dr. Guest due to a scheduling conflict, and he was very accommodating. His assistant, Savannah, was fantastic.

I found GEDC through my insurance company. What a blessing! Kind and knowledgeable, helpful and competent. Sometimes going to the dentist can be nerve racking; having people in your mouth. It’s good to find a place that has people you can build trust with.

I love all the ladies in the office, from the receptionist to billing and the hygienist…they are all wonderful!

Today I was seeing for my annual 6 months cleaning. Overall, I really like the hygenicis and the hygiene assistances there this location and headmanager She really cool and professional . The front desk ladies need professional training. They are very rude and unprofessional. I gave this dentist office 5 stars only because of the head manager, the hygenicis and their assistance. Their phenomenal at their jobs.
