This office is fantastic! I came in today with fairly complex concerns on top of having a not so great start to the day. I came in and was immediately greeted with a smile and I left with a bigger smile. This office has great chair side manner. Universally, customer service has changed over the years, but it is always a pleasure to be met with genuine care and service. It’s all about first encounters and building relationships, you never know if your "service" may be in the hands of those you have encountered. Siv's Family Dental truly saved my weekend! I needed an urgent extraction, and Dr. Siv and the team were able to fit me into their schedule right away. Dr. Siv used the monitors to explain the process in detail, which significantly eased my anxiety about the procedure. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, even on such short notice, and Dr. Siv’s calm approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Dr Siv was very gentle and took time to explain everything clearly. Dr Siv is truly a professional in her work and so she is the best dentist I have ever seen. The front desk and clinical team were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Scheduling was easy and they respected my time. And they also do Botox. Highly recommend this place.
