True dental’s office was clean and friendly. We were 4 minutes late but they accommodated us with a proper warning about time. My granddaughter was pleased with her cleaning

I haven't been to the dentist in a longggg time, actually since i had a procedure done! And i was able to get an appt the same week I called & I met with the same dentist Mr. Sulim from years ago! Everything flowed smoothly & I am on the right track in my new smile journey 🦷!!! Thanks again!

Absolutely great service... Sadly to see my previous hygienist after over 10 years of having her care for my dental care retire I was seen by Tammy for the first time who also did an excellent job. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned and examined all my teeth... One of the few places that makes sure you get great dental care...

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Any copay costs are quite low and reasonable. I'm definitely referring any family and friends to DentalWorks of Greenfield. Thank you

This was my first visit to this location as the office i usually visit had closed. This was an emergency visit as i had a foreign object stuck in my gum, in the rear of my mouth since friday. It was now monday. I had a photo in my phone of the object, but could not see it to extract. I showed it to the dentist. He instructed the hygenist to xray my mouth & clean the pockets in the gum around the tooth in front of the object. The hygenist did this & i could feel nothing being done to extract the object from the gum. I explained this to the hygenist & she stated she would get the dr. He came in and admonished me, stating offensively" I cant come in here demanding stuff" . I told him i wasnt denanding anything, only that nothing was being done to extract the object from my gum. The only reason i rate this three stars is because i feel that when the dentist came back he finally removed the object from my gum as evidenced by him pressing on the gum & seeing puss come from the location where the object had lodged. Otherwise i would have given this review a 1 ir 2 stars based on my treatment

I called them at 9 o’clock in the morning needed to get in right away as my lower partials came out by 11 o’clock. I was All done that to me is five star service staff is wonderful. Everything is great.
