Glendale Dental

It was my first visit to Glendale Dental. I got an appointment very quickly, in fact they were able to get me in a few days earlier. I was having a bit of an emergency. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Emily and her team helped me feel comfortable and cared for. It was only my first visit but I would highly recommend Glendale Dental.

My experience at Glendale Dental was Awesome! The care of the dentists were phenomenal to witness and Dominique was professional and knowledgeable about the information that she disseminated to the doctor! Also, huge-out to the office staff who ALWAYS displays a positive and polite disposition when I arrive and to other clients as well!

This was the best first experience I have had at a dentist. I knew going into this that I was going to need a good amount of work done to get my mouth back on track which leads to some anxiety but I felt no judgement my entire experience. Anna taught me more about my mouth & teeth than anyone ever has! The dentist has made me feel confident in getting my smile back and I cannot wait to keep going here. I truly feel like they just want what’s best for you.

It was my first visit here. The x-rays and imaging went fine, and I really thought Asarah did an excellent job with the cleaning. However, the dentist came in and decided I needed 2 microscopic cavities filled and a crown installed. My previous dentist had been keeping an eye on these items but was much more conservative on if I needed procedures done. I feel that the dentist, who was very young, just follows the book and doesn't have the requisite experience to make more nuanced judgement calls on what procedures are necessary versus those that could be monitored and not really performed right away.

I have been on dental journey with Glendale Dental for awhile now. They have been hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to! As someone who has avoided the dentist quite a bit for an immense amount of fear towards it they have been very understanding through every aspect of this experience. I have never felt judged here for my fears of going to the dentist or my lack of skills when it comes to taking care of my teeth. Not only is every dentist and oral hygienist very knowledgeable and open about everything that they're doing and patient about explaining it to me the workers at the front desk are all very patient, kind, and helpful when it comes to navigating the crazy that is any type of insurance or life scheduling. I have been on a time crunch since starting here because I have a large move coming up and they have been nothing but accommodating. Even with leaving this review I don't know how else to express how amazing this team has been for me. They have given me a new found confidence in being better about going to the dentist.

Everyone was so nice, my appointment was first thing in the morning and everyone greeted me and was so welcoming. They asked multiple times if I was comfortable or if there was anything else they could do. Everything was explained really well and any concerns were addressed. Asalah was my hygienist and she was lovely, so kind and informative. She made sure i understood everything all the scans and suggestions from the doctor. Would highly recommend and am excited to go back for my cleaning!

I should have been left this review. All of this is over a year ago. I had been going here for a while. But my dentist whom I loved left. But I decided to give the new lady a try because I love my teeth and I take excellent care of them. So I believe I ended up being seen by Dr. Macy. The absolute worst experience of my life. I had a toothache in a tooth that still had silver filling in it since I was a child. It needed to be replaced. So she changed my filling and my life has been painful ever since. By far the worst decision I have ever made, getting my filling replaced there. From day one I was in pain. Couldn’t eat on my left side for nothing. I endured the pain hoping it would get better. Went back to see her. She adjusted my filling. But didn’t use cooling water on my tooth. The instrument made my tooth so hot. I couldn’t take it anymore. I truly feel that she did not care about me or my teeth. I finally over a year later went to a different dentist who removed her filling, and totally cleaned out my tooth. She cleaned it up so well that she asked me did I have a silver filling and I told her yes. So some of that was still in my tooth. She even let me see the cleaned hole in my tooth. She replaced my filling and instantly I felt better. But along the way I endured terrible pain and an ear infection. I still see my ear doctor to this day. The pain is not totally gone in my left ear but it is getting there. So go at your own risk. Deb the receptionist was always nice to me. Outside of Deb, Glendale Dental is absolutely useless without Dr. Mike. I will never, ever, ever, ever return!
