I Love how comfortable they make you feel the Dentist/Doctor very patient very clear in information given on your teeth.The Dental Assistant I had was amazing very patient but efficient an the edfa dental assistant was amazing i had a really great experience 10/10 I'd recommend definitely Thank You Hudec Employees you all deserve a raise in Pay 🤣❤️.This is how a dental office should be ran. I was afraid but they made me feel safe i really appreciated being treated well thank you all.

This was my 1st time getting wisdom teeth extracted and it was not a bad experience at all. Dr. Wen Zhou was so gentle and quick and the staff was friendly. They instantly made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. 5 star service for sure.

My experience at HUDEC DENTAL garfield Heights, it was fantastic. The nurses were knives. The doctor was very wonderful and nice and caring. She cared about my feelings. She cared about how I set in a chair to relax. There was just a wonderful experience.

I am a new client of the facility. The only concern that I had was not being provided with complete and accurate information when I scheduled. I thought I was scheduling a new cleaning appointment. While I was able to have an issue addressed, I did not get the cleaning. I needed to reschedule, again. I am optimistic that all issues will be addressed.

Was hesitant bc I haven’t had a good dental experience in a while. My appointment was at 11. I was in the chair by 11/:10 and that was after my X-rays. They explained my treatment plan. The doctor and staff were both friendly and professional. I had two cavities filled and was out by 12:15!

They were very quick about helping me establish care . They got me in fast and wasted no time seeing and starting my plan of care. Everyone is kind and friendly. The explain what is happening and what to expect. I would definitely recommend this place .

Was told during my cleaning that I'd only be paying $30 for the additional gum pocket cleaning and my insurance would cover the rest, then got an almost $200 bill and see my insurance did not cover it. I've called and left messages for the billing department to ask questions and pay my outstanding bill and have never gotten a call back even though my messages say I'd like to pay my bill. Switched to a new dentist who told me I got scammed
