Her empathy, kindness and attention to detail makes every visit special one. Kate also provides a great experience along with Melisa when I visit her. and the office staff are welcoming and always try to accommodate if possible. I appreciate your services. 100% recommended.

First time here and the experience was smooth from start to finish. My 1 PM appointment started pretty quick, which I appreciated. The staff made me feel comfortable the whole time. I came in for a cleaning and exam, and the dentist was super nice and explained everything clearly. The front desk was friendly and welcoming too. Definitely a good first impression.

Annabelle made the X-ray process smooth and easy, and Marlene was very gentle during the cleaning. Village Dental in Forest Hills was a godsend! This was a referral! I was going to a dentist office out on Long Island...it was a wonderful place, but getting there was a long drive. I went to Village Dental and the front desk staff greeting me with such warmth. I was handed off to Annabelle the xray tech, then to Melissa the Dental Hygienist who had to work magic for my own neglect but she was gentle. Melissa also took the time to make sure I was using the right toothbrush and demonstrated the correct way I should brush! Never too old for a refresher. Then I saw Dr. Lam who summed everything up. I would recommend this office hands and teeth down! LOL! 🫢😁

I really liked the service provided, office was clean, bedside manner was very nice, I was seeing right away, I didn’t have to wait. The doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist was very professional and polite, it was a great cleaning, she did a great job.

I had my first visit a few days ago, and this is one of the better first experiences I’ve had at a dental office. Front desk staff were very kind, I was seen promptly, all the dental staff I encountered were great and thoroughly explained all procedures and questions I had, while including my input into a dental plan. The only negative (and this has nothing to do with the office is parking (if you drive)…it is very tough. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Village dental and keep up the good work!
