I cannot recommend Amazing Smiles Orthodontics enough! The customer service here is amazing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I really appreciated the short wait times—I was in and out so quickly. Most importantly, they actually take the time to explain exactly what to do with my treatment so I never feel lost. Everyone is very nice and professional. 5 stars all the way!

Not only are Dr. Azariy Yusupov, Dr. Leah Normatova, and the team top-notch for competency, professionalism, and kindness (looking at you, Kelly), but also for their ethics. At every stage, they made sure my dental health was prioritized, even when it meant pausing for periodontal care to ensure a healthy mouth… not just a pretty smile. Highly recommend 10/10.

I had an amazing experience at Amazing Smiles Orthodontics office. Dr. Azari Yusupov and his staff were very friendly and welcoming and always made me feel comfortable during my visits. Dr. Azari Yusupov is extremely knowledgeable. He had answered all my questions thoroughly which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Yusupov to others in need of his services.

We had an amazing experience! My child just got his braces off today and this whole experience was fantastic! Dr. Yusupov and his team were very caring, competent, and compassionate. My child’s teeth and bite are now perfect and beautiful. I would recommend them anytime AND I plan on bringing my other children here, and only here.

I was really excited to start my treatment here after seeing so many great reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. The orthodontist came in with an attitude that made it seem like she didn’t want to be there. While the X-ray technician and the rest of the staff were kind, the doctor did not take the time to explain my condition, the treatment plan, or how we would move forward. I was simply told that my case was "complex" and given a price, with no real explanation. On top of that, the wait was frustrating. It was a constant back and forth waiting for the doctor to come in and out, while staff discussed payments and co-pays adding up to over 30 minutes without any real progress or clarity. Overall, I felt neglected and not welcomed. I left with more questions than answers, which is not what you expect from an orthodontic consultation. I’m really disappointed and would not recommend this office if you’re looking for clear communication and a supportive experience.

I've been to a lot of dentists in my life and worked with a few, and I can confidently say that the Dr. Yusepov and all his staff are phenomenal! The staff are patient, kind, respectful, and in the 2 years I've been coming I've never been treated badly or that someone was in a bad mood, especially Patty 😉! This of course comes down from how the Doctor is and as such the staff reflect how well he is. I stand by all that I'm saying and confident about giving the 5 stars!
