They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The orthodontist explained my treatment plan clearly and made sure I understood every step. Getting my braces was much easier than I expected, and the staff was very caring and attentive. The office is clean, modern, and organized, creating a positive and relaxing environment. We had a consultation for Invisalign. Excellent service, very professional, very knowledgeable. The staff is amazing and so courteous and friendly. My wife and I loved Dr. Wan and Lucy from the Silver Lake Orthodontist. They were so polite, fr and excellent personality. Their office had state of the art technology and equipment to create a 3D digital image of my teeth and provided a comprehensive treatment plan which was very impressive. First time going to an orthodontics office and I wasnt sure what to expect. They made this process easy and afordable. The staff were very professional yet very friendly! It made my day to arrive thinking i was only going for an initial orientation, to then leave with the braces Ive been waiting for way to long to get!! You all are the best and thank you so much!!

The front of the house staff greeted me with a smile and were very welcoming. The orthodontic assistant was kind patient and professional, even when technology was not cooperating. Dr Katz seemed very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the concerns I had with my teeth and seemed confident that she can get me the results I'm looking for. Dan the office manager was very kind as well as thorough at explaining the financial cost of the treatment and a payment plan that I can work with.
