First time ever at a dentist office in my life! The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. They were very welcoming. Dr. Malakov greeted me when I arrived. The office location here is very well kept and neat. I love the treatment that I received. The cleaning was well done. They make you feel like family here. I'm definitely going to keep up with my dentist visits after having such a great experience here.

This place is VERY patient with their customers. I was running late on the train for my 6pm appointment and I kept providing them updates and they kept accommodating me each time. When I arrived I noticed that the place was spotlessly clean. The staff were EXTREMELY courteous, friendly and assisted me throughout the sign-up process. The best part about this place is that they WORK WITH YOU every step of the way. The doctor himself is very professional but at the same time after the X-ray examination he guided me and informed me of several options that I could choose from, leaving me with a chance to make my own decision based on my personal choices. I will be returning at a later date to have my tooth pulled out as this is the best option for my needs. I will update this review at that time

Service is always great. Everyone is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Had quite a few emergencies with very bad pain and Dr. Malakov has always been able to squeeze me in and take care of the issues. Glad I moved back to NYC.
