Smile Magic of El Paso Zaragoza

I didn’t know what to expect at first, my son was complaining about tooth pain and after a quick google search for offices open Saturday, I found Smile Magic. The receptionist ladies did a quick intake for my son over the phone and we were scheduled. Dr. Collins did a phenomenal job, he took us through the whole process, made sure my son was comfortable the entire time and gave sufficient time for any questions or concerns I had. The assistants even offered juice for my other son that came with us. The office was clean, had a spacious seating area in the front and nice play area for young kids. I would recommend coming during the week, expect at least a 2 hour wait on Saturdays. Overall, I recommend Smile Magic and would bring my kids back here.

The ortho team is very professional, attentive, outstanding and caring. My daughter received her braces from here and they were very speedy and affordable! Have payment plans and certain discounts for full payment. All the staff is so nice and try so much to be helpful. We’re moving and they were very quick to find me an office at our future city. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

We had a great experience at this pediatric dental office. Our kids were treated very well and felt comfortable during the entire visit. Cynthia and Rosa were especially kind and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made the appointment go smoothly from start to finish. We truly appreciated their patience and care. We would definitely recommend this office to other families.

Very professional. From the moment we walked in the door we were very warmly greeted by the receptionist! The whole process was fun for my 9 year old Kaleo. From the arcade to the friendly staff. Alyssa, Cynthia and Dr Hoffman were all great. 10/10 recommend.

They are very professional. My son is a little difficult when it comes to the cleanings and miss alyssa was the one to help us and did amazing. She’s the only one who has been able to do a full cleaning on him. She’s was very professional and knows how to treat kids

I have been coming to smile magic since I was a little girl. The atmosphere and customer service is TOP NOTCH. As a staff they are all so kind and the dentists here have always approached me with care and awareness. They all are truly personable people, but what makes it better is that the services are QUALITY. My cleanings are what keep me going, and they are very affordable. I moved to college for four years and it was 10 hours away, but I made sure to come back intermittently for my dental care. There is no place like this specific Smile Magic. Rosa, Alyssa, Karla, and Beto all treat people with kindness, professionalism, and consideration! I’d recommend to any and everyone.

The Ortho team at Smile Magic is always so welcoming and friendly! I love how fast they get us in and how quickly our appointments always are. The ladies are very professional but also make you feel like part of a family when they remember you in every visit. Mari is so sweet and attentive. She helped change my daughter's wire. What stood out to me is that when my daughter complained that the wire was hurting her 2 hours after our appt, I went back that same day to see if they could fix it and they did! In just 10 minutes. I was in a rush because I had to pick up my son from school and they were able to get us in right away to fix the issue! Mari and Ruby have been so nice in every visit! I love the staff and their work. Good job ladies!
