I give the office 5 stars. The am very happy with the results. The professionalism and kindness goes a long way in my book. As a senior in her 60’s, I say it is never too late to get braces. I am so very glad I did it and very happy with my smile!

Took my Daughter for her first evaluation, and we had an amazing experience. The office is very clean and welcoming, and we hardly had to wait at all. The orthodontist took the time to speak directly to my child, and I, explaining how braces work.Highly recommend this practice to any parents!

I absolutely love my orthodontist Dr. Gaynier is awesome professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about making sure every visit is comfortable. The staff is amazing too friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every appointment feels easy and stress free thanks to the great team here. Highly recommend!

Charged $25 for a missed appointment I was never notified about. When I raised the issue, I was told appointment reminders are "just a courtesy." That’s unacceptable… clear communication should be a basic standard, not optional. Very disappointing customer service. Updating my review after the office called me: they admitted the appointment reminders were being sent to the wrong number (my kids dad who is away at basic training), despite me requesting multiple times to update it to my number. It was never corrected. Instead of taking responsibility or even just apologizing, I was LITERALLY told "thats not my problem". This is AFTER I had already said I’d pay the $25! Not even sure what the intent of that call was, especially after you just told me appointment reminders are not always sent out (what’s the point of updating the number at that point then?)… Very strange.

Great Service- I love this place and its environment. I’ve been going in for 15 months and my teeth are feeling the best they can. Dr. Gaynier and Ms. Monica have taken care of me since the beginning and I cannot recommend them enough.

I was nervous about getting braces as an adult, but they made the experience easy and low-stress. The team is friendly and professional, and they worked with my schedule. I’m so glad I chose them to straighten my teeth—my results exceeded my expectations!

Great experience! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a true consultation in the fact I was provided options and got to choose what is best based on the information provided. No hard sell or made to feel guilty if something is not right at this time. Very transparent pricing and payment options that were explained well. But the best thing was my child felt comfortable, at ease and actually excited to go back. Very excited for this to become our family orthodontist.
